1. General

These terms apply to all sales, installations, repairs, and services provided by Vimal Kitchen Appliances, Noida. By purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Tax Declaration

The business operates as a Composition Taxable Person and is not eligible to collect tax on supplies. Invoice amounts are charged accordingly.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Prices are confirmed at the time of enquiry or invoice.
  • Product images are for representation; actual models may vary.
  • Only genuine spare parts are used for repairs and service.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Goods once sold will not be taken back.
  • Where a return is exceptionally accepted, a 20% deduction applies.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

5. Installation & Service

  • Installation and repair visits are scheduled at mutually convenient times.
  • Service charges are communicated before work begins.
  • AMC coverage is limited to the terms agreed in the contract.

6. Warranty

Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer as per their warranty policy. Service warranty on repairs, if any, will be mentioned on the invoice.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Sector-51, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
